Refund policy
UK Returns — Standard Prints In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to return standard print orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@devinagohilart.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be:
- Sent back within 14 days of notifying us
- In their original condition and packaging
- Sent at the buyer's expense to: Devina Gohil Art, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3DJ
Once we receive the return in good condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with your print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will work to resolve this for you.
Lost Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Commissions Custom commission orders are non-refundable 24 hours after payment is received, as they are created specifically for you. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of payment at hello@devinagohilart.com. Cancellation terms are confirmed in your commission invoice.
International Orders We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on international orders due to shipping costs. Damaged or incorrect items will still be fully covered.
