when will my order arrive?
All orders are personally packed and dispatched within 10 working days of purchase. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- UK – 1–3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
- EU – 5–8 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
- USA & Canada – 7–10 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
- Australia & New Zealand – 7–10 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
- Rest of World – 7–10 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

How will my order arrive?
Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure that all prints arrive in perfect condition. Prints are either sent flat in a rigid board-backed envelope, or rolled in a protective tube, depending on the size.
Each print will arrive hand-signed, with a hand-written Certificate of Authenticity.
How are the prints made?
All prints are museum-grade giclée fine art prints, with a lifespan of 80+ years.
Prints are made using an archival ink system on smooth 315gsm art paper, made of 100% cotton. Each print is produced by a specialist fine art printer, then hand-packaged and sent directly to you.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for UK standard print orders. Please note that international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For full details, please see our Return Policy.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@devinagohilart.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

do you offer custom artwork?
Yes! If you are interested in custom artwork, please fill out a Commissions Form with all required information. I will then get back to you shortly with any follow up questions, and a quote. Once you're happy to proceed, I'll send you an invoice to complete payment.
